Unavailability of products and help…

I have been shopping at this dollar general for almost a year.I’ve looked for the oncor chicken fried beef Pattie’s for 6 months now and they keep telling me they get a truck in a few days.I go back when they are supposed to get their truck and nothing.Evidently no one knows anything about inventory.There is never enough people to help coustomers.This place need management.The coustomer should be able to get help when needed.

Dollar General keeps canceling online pick up orders

I have shopped in store at Follar General for years with no problem. But I recently started trying their online pick up. Bad idea. 3 orders in a row they have canceled before I have picked them up. I picked items in stock in the store so I don't know what the reason or reasons are for canceling them but I'm going to stick to in store purchases.

Terrible & unprofessional in Red House, Va

9/14/22 arrived at store, no milk in cooler, pallet of milk sitting on floor. I shopped, went to check out, manager and assistant manager sitting on the floor behind cashier (guy), I said & pointed the direction of milk, "I would like a gallon of milk". Guy ignores me after turning and looking at them on floor, rings all my stuff up (Over $100) and I said I still need a gallon of milk. Women on floor argue with me saying no milk is over there, I said yes it is. They jump up, get attitudes, start slamming papers down on counter. I said that's why I told you at the beginning so it could be done while ringing me up, they said nothing. The manager runs in the office, I asked the guy to go get her and he says, "I don't have to" I said you don't wanna keep your job either. Then Casey, assistant manager, tells me if I don't like how they do things, I can go to Walmart. I said, oh, I will. Manager never came back out and I called and reported incident to cooperate. Got call back from district manager and she was very upset by their actions. I told her I will not spend another dime in there while those 3 are employed there. I'm done

St Francis, WI store is awful

Aisles are always cluttered. The management hoards limited items and items that are going on sale for themselves before customers even have a chance to see them. Management is VERY unprofessional

I live in Abilene TX

I live in Abilene TX, I'm a regular customer at this store on ambler, after today I will no longer spend my money there. They let a girl with ringworm all over her arms stock shelves, she's now sick and coughing all over the product. This is not safe,for the customer.very disappointed.

Rude employees

My elderly dad purchased a Verizon prepaid card and the card was defective. We if we could return it and the employee refused and told us to call the 1800 #, which there is none. He literally purchased it less than 30 minutes and she refused to reprint another receipt because she didn't give him one to begin with. People don't know how to go the extra mile to help someone out. Verizon company needs to improve the way they make prepaid cards.

The workers are always nice and helpful. The store always has what I am looking for and I am thankful for this location. I use this store a lot. The store is clean and in good shape.

Dollar General located off of Pelzer…

Dollar General located off of Pelzer Hwy, across the water park with a slide.
I went I on Sunday September 4th, 2022 to make a purchase.
I would like management to know how hard Mrs.Misty was working straighten out the mess short 3 employees.
She was still so kind, professional and understanding.

Online Ordering

I tried twice to order online, liking the reduced prices relative to what I would pay buying off the shelf. Unfortunately, my orders were cancelled at two different locations. My guess is that they did not have all of the products in my order. I don't think they have a good method of keeping up with inventory. Now that I know how much I should be able to save online, I am reluctant to buy in the store. I think they may lose more customers with this service than they will gain.

The joke company

Worst service in store Hamilton Indiana moron in store but what way worse is there management they care nothing about customers which makes them idiots in black suits with white socks they can expect a lot of bad reviews I come from a huge Irish family and I'm going to talk to all I'm talking thousands Memphis Augusta Fort Worth and our employees

Why doesn't Dollar General care enough to clean up their stores and listen to their customer reviews. Which are almost all the same.

Dollar General doesn't hire enough help. You shouldn't have to take care of the Register, then run to stock a shelve, when nobody is in the store.

I use to find most of the employees were friendly, the store was always a little cluttered, and sometimes long lines to be checked out, but I usually went there once a week, but I will not be going to the Carterville, Illinois store again, unless the management has much more training in customer service. She definitely didn't treat this customer with respect.

Can a digital coupon be used more than once

Yes but no, DG coupons are one use. However if you have multiple phones like family you can do several transactions. Most of us have no problems helping yall if thats yalls goal do long as you're polite.
